Patricia (“Pat”) Moscati is the owner of Perfect Suppers. A native of Long Island (New York), Pat’s interest in cooking began when she was a child. She watched and helped her mother with the Italian ritual of preparing Sunday dinner. From that point on, cooking became something enjoyable to share with others. After 40+ years in New York, Pat moved to Northern Virginia and subsequently South Carolina to continue her career in mortgage banking. After spending 30 years in the retail and mortgage banking industries, Pat decided that she needed something more than what the corporate environment could offer to her. She began her personal chef service at the suggestion of a friend who thought Pat had both the talent and desire to be successful doing what she loved – cooking! Pat wants to share her passion for food with others who did not necessarily have the time nor desire to prepare meals. Pat is a graduate of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Charlotte and has been a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association since 2007. Pat is a 2008 inductee to the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society and holds a BS in Business Administration (Marymount College-Tarrytown, NY) and a MBA in General Management from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.
