Perfect Suppers
designs menus for each client based on individual preferences. Our
menus vary but if you have a favorite dish we’ll gladly prepare it
as many times as you like. All entrees are served with an
appropriate side that will consist of fresh vegetables, salad, rice,
potato or pasta.
Baked
Pork Chops
Center
cut pork chops encrusted with a delicious blend of parmesan cheese,
herb seasonings and a light coating of bread crumbs baked to a moist
perfection.
Grandma would be envious.
Quesadillas
Warm
tortillas stuffed with monterey jack cheese, seasoned chicken or
beef
and served with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Ole!
Chicken Française
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts sautéed in olive oil and finished
with a
reduction of chicken stock, white wine, cream, butter and
fresh lemon juice.
Light and flavorful - just like the French
prepare it!
Baked Ziti with Meat
Sauce
Ziti pasta mixed with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
baked in a homemade tomato meat sauce.
Orange Glazed Salmon
Pan-seared salmon glazed with a reduction of fresh squeezed orange
juice,
a dash of honey, a blend of fresh herbs and finished in the
oven.
New York Style
Eggplant Parmagiana
Thinly sliced oven-baked eggplant layered with tomato sauce,
mozzarella,
and grated parmesan cheese.
Baked Macaroni and
Cheese
Elbow pasta tossed with a sauce of mild and sharp cheddar cheeses,
whole milk, and a pinch of dry mustard baked to an ooey-gooey
consistency.
The kids love it!
Stuffed Peppers
Jumbo bell pepper stuffed with a mixture of ground sirloin, rice
and a blend of fresh herbs simmered in homemade tomato sauce
until
the pepper is fork tender.
Greek Meatball Soup
Homemade chicken stock base with onions, carrots and celery
combined
with an egg-drop mixture, a hint of lemon juice,
and rice are
finished with delicious homemade
mini-meatballs.
Great for a light supper or a cold night.
